Why should I register?

You must register with your correct identity and contact information in order to be informed about the advertisements and to bid.

After registering, you must activate your membership by clicking the mail activation button sent to your e-mail address and then log in to the system.

How can I bid?

After logging into the system, when you go to the ad you want to bid and click on the "Make an offer" button, a screen will appear on how you can bid, and when you transfer the required participation fee, you will automatically receive a notification e-mail and you will be able to use the bid screen. When you click on the "Make an offer" button again, the screen where you can make an offer will open.

By placing your bid on the property, you start the 72-hour auction. Bids in the auction are forwarded to the seller. The seller evaluates the offers. If the seller approves your offer, the title deed will be transferred.

Tender process and after

  • After the auction ends, the service fee is blocked from your credit card so that your bid will be forwarded to the seller.
  • The service fee is only charged when your offer is approved by the seller.
  • In case your offer is approved, a service fee will be charged even if you stop buying the real estate.
  • If your offer is rejected, the service fee for which provision is received will be refunded to your credit card within 15 days.
  • Once the service fee provision is drawn, you can bid as many times as you want during the auction.
